Initiate Request
Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and maintains all original designer tags and packaging to qualify for a successful processing.
Scheduled Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 business hours.
Refund or Store Credit
After our quality team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for future purchases.
